Edmonton Sports Acupuncture

Hi, my name is Pamela Dennis. I've been a registered acupuncturist for 15 years and have practiced in multidisciplinary clinics throughout my career. I currently work at the Varsity Health Clinic with the University of Alberta's varsity athletes. My practice focuses solely on patients who are seeking recovery from injury or pain relief. I believe in a multidisciplinary approach and enjoy collaborating with other providers, including chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and osteopaths. I have completed a sports apprenticeship under Whitfield Reeves in 2013 and obtained my certified sports medicine acupuncture designation in 2017. Additionally, I have completed the Burrell Institute's visceral manipulation program and am looking forward to starting studies in functional medicine next year. Outside of work, I enjoy competing in Canadian Kennel Club agility trials with my seven-year-old dog.
